Beautiful old architecture . . . with grounds, views across the bay, original woodwork, and high ceilings make for an extremely interesting, dramatic, and formal space. Paul W.

Welcome to the James Leary Flood Mansion, a building with a storied history and prime location that is just right for your next special event. Whether for a wedding or a corporate gathering, the Flood Mansion offers breathtaking views and a singular San Francisco experience your guests will not soon forget.

Boasting a premier Pacific Heights address, the Flood Mansion has impressed visitors since its debut in 1915. Once the family home of one of San Francisco’s original captains of industry, the Flood offers a number of exquisitely crafted rooms for your use. From the Grand Hall to the Cortile to the Little Theatre, the Mansion has been home to both magnificent sit-down suppers and intimate wedding ceremonies. The Belvedere stands to the rear of the Grand Hall, with windows that look out on the Bay. The rooms of the Flood Mansion feature hand-carved woods and intricate pieces sculpted from Italian and Spanish marble. There are 11,000 square feet available for your rental in the Flood Mansion, which should accommodate your event and guests comfortably.
